Enter Bash’s Giving Tuesday Raffle for a chance to win one of three custom paintings by Bash herself!  This raffle is the perfect opportunity to snag one of Bash’s first masterpieces while making a charitable donation to support her care. Our three winners will have the option of choosing two colors for their painting (to ensure that Bash’s art matches their décor, of course), and her painting will be numbered and dated by her avian caretakers.   American Eagle Foundation’s new facility, Project Eagle, will allow us to achieve an even higher standard of care for our avian residents. At our new property, Bash will have a bigger room to call her own, spacious acreage to explore, and the opportunity to meet her Bash Family during educational programs, walks, and tours.   Proceeds from this raffle will directly support the construction of Bash’s future home! Multiple raffle entries may be purchased to increase your likelihood of winning one of Bash’s canvases. 

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS 

1. One donation of $5 counts as one (1) entry into the raffle pool. Multiple entries of $5 may be purchased to increase your likelihood of winning. There is no maximum limit to the number of entries purchased. 
2. Only raffle tickets purchased through the raffle portal will count as entries. Donations made to American Eagle Foundation through other pages will not count as entries. 
3. The raffle ends at 12:00 am December 1st. Winners will be drawn on December 1st and be contacted shortly thereafter.  
4. Three winners will be randomly drawn from the raffle pool. The order in which they are drawn will determine which number canvas they receive. 
5. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided when purchasing a raffle ticket. Winners must respond to the email within two weeks of the email’s delivery to receive their prize.  
6. Winners will have the option of choosing two (2) colors for their Bash Painting. Colors must come from the non-toxic selection housed at American Eagle Foundation.  
7. Because Bash paints as she pleases, requests for specific designs or subject matter may not be honored due to the language barrier between caretaker and bird. 
8. Prize packages will include the original canvas painted by Bash. Each canvas will be numbered and dated by her caretakers on its back. The available canvases are numbers 3-5. 
9. American Eagle Foundation will do everything possible to ensure that the painting is protected before mailing, but we are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the painting during transit.
