Rehab Your Heart
With Raptors
(while getting revenge)
There are more than enough events for lovebirds on Valentines. Instead, American Eagle Foundation is proud to present an event for those soaring solo—or for those birds whose hearts need a little mending.
For just a $25 dollar donation, you can symbolically name a mouse after your ex, your arch nemesis, your favorite frenemy, or even the Karen in your life. That pesky mouse will then be fed to our raptors as part of their daily nutrition.
Not only is it satisfying to see your adversary fall prey to our ravenous raptors, but you can also rest easy this Valentine’s knowing that your money—and heartache—are nurturing a good cause. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit a state-of-the-art raptor rehabilitation center at American Eagle Foundation’s new headquarters in Tennessee.
So, regardless of whether you seek revenge or are working towards rehabilitating your own heart, consider participating in #catharsisforacause this Valentine’s Day.
Tune into our livestream on February 14th to watch our ambassador birds enjoy their meals on your behalf and to learn about raptor rehabilitation’s role in conservation.
Disclaimer: This event is intended to be light-hearted and fun (if not a little petty). In this spirit, we will only be accepting first names or individual words with the donations. We reserve the right to reject names if they are politically motivated, discriminatory in nature, or contain profanity. Refunds are not available.
Our birds will be consuming humanely sourced, pre-frozen rodents. These rodents are a part of our raptor’s balanced and nutritionally complete diet.
If additional pest control is needed for the sewer rats in your life, we may symbolically name the diets for the days following Valentine’s after your “special” someone, ensuring that all your enemies will be for the birds.
