WHAT TO EXPECT

AEF Headquarters include an indoor museum, a custom designed playscape and over 38,000 sq ft of outdoor aviaries. Our aviaries are a 1.5-mile round trip from our museum on a paved ADA compliant walking path.  Please wear comfortable shoes and be ready to see some beautiful raptors up-close!

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE TOURS GIVEN?

NEW Fall hours – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30am

HOW MUCH DO YOUR TOURS COST?

We request a donation of$20 per Adult, $15 per Senior, $10 per Student (6-18yrs old). Children 5 and under are free.
All donations go to support our birds and educational programming.
Payments can be made online, if other payment arrangements are needed please contact Crystal or call 865-429-0157.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

Yes, we currently ask for a reservation, this allows us to make sure your experience is customized and personal! All tours require 24-hour advance notice through our booking system.

IS THE TOUR INSIDE OF DOLLYWOOD?

These tours take place at the new AEF headquarters located just off Exit 407 from I-40 in Kodak, TN. If you would like to visit the American Eagle Foundation at Dollywoodclick here

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TOUR?

Yes, we are happy to reschedule your tour due to weather or other reasons. Please contact Crystal or Katelyn to make new arrangements. Cancellations are non-refundable.

If you want to attend our facilities on a regular basis, we recommend getting a Flock Membership! SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals are allowed in all locations, but please note we may request you to move past certain birds due to stress. Please do not leave any animal unattended on the property- this includes in your personal vehicles.

FOOD AND DRINKS

We encourage conservation and provide water bottle fill stations inside our museum. Feel free to bring your own water bottle.

We also sell AEF logo bottles for your convenience.  Again, all proceeds go towards supporting our birds and educational programming.

Help us keep our grounds clean by using the proper waste and recycling receptacles.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography of the birds is permitted (and encouraged) at AEF.
Feel free to tag us on social media.  Commercial photography for publication or other gain, is NOT permitted.
