  Big news! The Tennessee General Assembly has officially passed Senate Joint Resolution 649, honoring James for his extraordinary contributions to music and our state’s cultural heritage. For over 50 years, James has been more than just a musician; he’s been the voice for the American Bald Eagle.

  The FIRST 1,000 individuals who become a JR Friend Supporter of the American Eagle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, will receive an invitation to attend a private afternoon on American Eagle Day with James Rogers Friends on June 20, 2027, at the American Eagle Foundation in Kodak, Tennessee. Invitations are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis, subject to verification, availability, and event policies. Qualification is determined at the time JR Friend Supporter status is confirmed by the American Eagle Foundation.
